At Long Last ... Spinning the Legs

...50km of spinning the legs made all the tougher by using a dual-suspension mountain bike. Having done the Byron Bay triathlon just before starting our trip, my legs have been aching for a cycle session.

The Dead Sea mud is valued for its healing properties. The Israeli company Dead Sea Laboratories (Ahava) has exclusive rights to collect and sell the mud from the bottom of the sea.

Over and Out

Three weeks in Israel flew by at light speed.
