Picturesque little town somewhere around the French/Spanish border. Stopped here for a coffee and found out that the Tour De France is scheduled to pass through this very street (the one on the left) in a few weeks’ time.

Crossing the border from Spain into France was a low-key affair with just a single small sign saying “France”, yet so much had instantaneously changed: culture, language, food, government, attitudes etc.

Thanks to Jen we have a lot of dog photos, especially of the breed above.
